Data Deletion Policy
of Dinamic5 Business
We allow our users to request full deletion of their account and personal data at any time — per GDPR, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, and Meta Business Tools policy.

1. Overview
Dinamic5 Business is committed to transparency in handling personal data. Any registered user, and any individual whose personal data is processed by our customers through the platform, may request full deletion of their information.
This policy explains what data can be deleted, how to submit a request, and the timeline for actual deletion.
2. Who May Request Data Deletion?
Three request types are handled separately:
2.1 Account holders (Dinamic5 Business customers)
If you've registered for a Dinamic5 Business account, you may request deletion of:
- Your user account
- All CRM content you've entered (leads, contacts, deals, documents, etc.)
- WhatsApp Business message history we store on your behalf
- Call recordings (if generated through the Virtual PBX)
- Login and access data
2.2 WhatsApp Business message recipients (your customers' customers)
If you are the recipient of a WhatsApp Business message sent through our platform by one of our customers, you may request deletion of your data from the platform. In this case:
- We act as a Processor — our customer is the Controller of your data
- Your request will be reviewed and forwarded to the relevant customer for handling
- We will take direct deletion action if the customer is unavailable or refuses to comply within a reasonable time
- You may also submit a direct request to Meta via the Meta Data Deletion Form
2.3 Site visitors
If you only browsed business.dinamic5.com without registering, we collect only minimal server data (IP address, browser type, timestamp). This data is auto-deleted after 30 days.
3. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
Option A — via the platform (account holders)
- Log in to your Dinamic5 Business account
- Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Confirm the request. You may be required to verify your identity via the account password
- You will receive an email confirmation of the request. Deletion processing begins immediately
Option B — by email (all request types)
- Send an email to privacy@dinamic5.com
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include in the email:
- Full name
- Email address linked to the account (if applicable)
- Phone number linked to WhatsApp Business (if applicable)
- Request type: full account deletion / specific data deletion / message recipient request
- We will confirm receipt of the request within 72 hours. Actual deletion will complete per the timeline in section 4

5. Data That Is Not Deleted
To meet legal obligations, a small portion of data is retained even after a deletion request:
- Billing and accounting data: invoices, payment history — retained up to 7 years per Israeli tax law
- Security logs: account login records retained up to 12 months for security incident investigation
- The deletion request itself: a record of the request and its completion is retained as proof of legal compliance
These records do not contain CRM content, WhatsApp message history, or call recordings.
6. Deletion at Meta
Dinamic5 Business uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Message content is also retained on Meta's servers — separately from our system.
- Deletion on our side does not delete the history at Meta
- For deletion at Meta, act directly with Meta — via Meta Business Manager or the Meta Data Deletion Form
- We will reasonably assist with guidance on how to contact Meta if you reach out to us
7. Data Export Before Deletion
Before deletion, we recommend exporting your data:
- The platform supports export to CSV / Excel for most data
- WhatsApp message content can be exported through the admin interface
- Uploaded files can be downloaded from the interface

8. Irreversibility
A deletion request is final and irreversible. After deletion completes, no data can be recovered — neither from the database nor from backups.
We recommend thinking carefully before confirming a request, and exporting any needed data in advance.
